J. Christopher Schmidt graduated from The Columbus College of Art & Design in 2000 with a degree in illustration. He has been freelancing off and on for the last 8 years. At his last job he was part of a Product Development team where he designed toys and plush for such clients as National Geographic, Disney, Borders, The AZA, WWF, and several zoos, museums and aquariums worldwide. He also visited China and New York for Toy Fair in 2008. Currently he is seeking freelance opportunities. He lives in Ohio with his wife Jenna and their 2 cats Opie and Twiggy.
